Shipping Method: Standard
We aim to use our resources as efficiently and eco-friendly as possible, so it takes up to three business days to produce your picture. After that, the picture will be shipped via standard delivery the next day. The shipping time by the delivery service usually takes between one to five business days (for bulky goods, such as large canvas/acrylic/Dibond formats).
Shipping Method: Express
Like with standard shipping, we aim to optimize production capacities for express shipping
and minimize excessive waste and constant switching between different product types.
Therefore, we allow up to three business days for production. After production,
the picture is shipped express and should arrive the next day. The costs are passed
directly to you without any markup.
Note: Express shipping is unfortunately not available for certain products – you can see if it is available in the cart.
Shipping Method: Priority Express
With Priority Express, or express production, we pause ongoing production
for a product type and prioritize your picture for same-day production
(if the order is received before 8:00 AM). As this interrupts our workflow,
it incurs a significant additional effort for us. This effort is charged
with an express production surcharge. After production, your picture is express
shipped and should arrive the next day.

Wedding collage FAQs
How do I bring together photos from guests and the photographer?
Have a link to your collage emailed to you and forward it to guests, your wedding party, or family. This lets multiple people add photos to the same collage—from a computer or directly from their phone, including HEIC photos from an iPhone. Upload the photographer's photos from your computer and add the photo booth pictures at the same time.
How many wedding photos can fit in a collage?
A grid can hold more than 200 photos, while heart, letter, and number layouts let you choose how many photos fill each shape. For your best professional photos, less is often more—one large photo with two or three smaller ones creates a calmer look on the wall than fifty equally sized photos.
Are phone and photo booth pictures sharp enough for a canvas print?
In most cases, yes. As you add photos, the editor lets you know if an image is too small for its tile size. When a collage contains lots of photos, each one is printed small anyway, so phone photos are more than sufficient. Learn more under Resolution and image size.
Can the couple reorder the collage themselves later?
Yes. At the top of the order page, you'll find a small link button. Use it to get an order link you can share with the couple, their parents, or the wedding party. Anyone who opens the link will see the collage among their created images and can order it themselves—in the size and material they prefer.
The wedding is next week—will the collage arrive in time?
The delivery estimate above shows when your collage will arrive if you order today. For an additional fee, Prio Express shipping can get it to you within two business days, if you place your order before 8 a.m. You can check whether Prio Express is available for your product in the shopping cart.
