Right of Withdrawal

The right to withdraw from a remote sales contract is excluded pursuant to § 312 d paragraph 4 no. 1 of the German Civil Code, as the products created are custom-made according to the buyer's specifications and tailored to their personal needs.

The delivery or pickup of the order is carried out according to the terms set out on the website, unless otherwise agreed between the buyer and sixdots GmbH (rapid.art - Rapid-Mosaic / Rapid-Collage / Rapid-Map). The delivery times of the products can also be found on the website.
