Shipping Method: Standard
We aim to use our resources as efficiently and eco-friendly as possible, so it takes up to three business days to produce your picture. After that, the picture will be shipped via standard delivery the next day. The shipping time by the delivery service usually takes between one to five business days (for bulky goods, such as large canvas/acrylic/Dibond formats).
Shipping Method: Express
Like with standard shipping, we aim to optimize production capacities for express shipping
and minimize excessive waste and constant switching between different product types.
Therefore, we allow up to three business days for production. After production,
the picture is shipped express and should arrive the next day. The costs are passed
directly to you without any markup.
Note: Express shipping is unfortunately not available for certain products – you can see if it is available in the cart.
Shipping Method: Priority Express
With Priority Express, or express production, we pause ongoing production
for a product type and prioritize your picture for same-day production
(if the order is received before 8:00 AM). As this interrupts our workflow,
it incurs a significant additional effort for us. This effort is charged
with an express production surcharge. After production, your picture is express
shipped and should arrive the next day.

Vacation Collage FAQs
My vacation photos are on several phones – how do I get them all into one collage?
Upload your photos directly from your computer or phone – including HEIC photos from your iPhone, without converting them first. To add photos from your travel companions, have a link to the collage emailed to you and simply forward it to them. This lets several people contribute photos to the same collage at the same time.
How many vacation photos do I need for a collage?
It depends on the template. A single photo is enough for a large Polaroid. With a background image and up to 10 additional photos, you can showcase a few highlights, while a scrapbook holds 4 to 12 photos. Grids and rows are great for capturing the whole trip – a grid can fit more than 200 photos. You can adjust the number of photos in each template yourself.
Are phone photos sharp enough for a large collage?
What matters is how large each individual photo will be printed. On the order page, the “i” icon next to each print size shows you the exact dimensions of the individual photos in centimeters. The more photos you include in a collage, the smaller each one will be printed.
Tip: Upload the originals from your phone, not copies sent through messaging apps – those are often significantly reduced in size.
We traveled as a group – can everyone order the collage?
Yes. At the top of the order page, there is a small link button. Use it to get an order link that you can share with all your travel companions. Anyone who opens the link will see the collage among their created images and can order it themselves – in the size and material they prefer.
I need the collage quickly as a gift – is that possible?
With Priority Express shipping, your collage can arrive within two business days for an additional fee if you place your order before 8 a.m. You can see whether Priority Express is available for your product in the shopping cart.
