Shipping Method: Standard
We aim to use our resources as efficiently and eco-friendly as possible, so it takes up to three business days to produce your picture. After that, the picture will be shipped via standard delivery the next day. The shipping time by the delivery service usually takes between one to five business days (for bulky goods, such as large canvas/acrylic/Dibond formats).
Shipping Method: Express
Like with standard shipping, we aim to optimize production capacities for express shipping
and minimize excessive waste and constant switching between different product types.
Therefore, we allow up to three business days for production. After production,
the picture is shipped express and should arrive the next day. The costs are passed
directly to you without any markup.
Note: Express shipping is unfortunately not available for certain products – you can see if it is available in the cart.
Shipping Method: Priority Express
With Priority Express, or express production, we pause ongoing production
for a product type and prioritize your picture for same-day production
(if the order is received before 8:00 AM). As this interrupts our workflow,
it incurs a significant additional effort for us. This effort is charged
with an express production surcharge. After production, your picture is express
shipped and should arrive the next day.

Frequently asked questions about baby and childhood photo collages
How do I label baby bump or monthly photos?
Choose a grid style with captions, such as Polaroid or Retro: each photo has room underneath for a line of text – the month, week of pregnancy, or age. Tip: name your photo files by month and fill the collage using »Fill → Sort by name« to put the photos in the right order.
How many photos do I need for the first year?
Twelve, one per month – adjust the number of tiles in the grid to fit, for example four by three. To highlight the photo taken just after birth, choose the template with a large photo in the center and arrange the twelve monthly photos around it.
Are phone photos sharp enough for a canvas print?
In most cases, yes. As you add photos, the editor lets you know if a photo is too small for its tile size. When a collage contains lots of photos, each one is printed at a small size anyway, so phone photos are more than sufficient. Learn more under Resolution and image size.
I want to give a collage as a new baby gift – how do I get the photos?
Have a link to the collage emailed to you and forward it to the new parents. They can upload photos from their phones directly to your collage, including HEIC photos from an iPhone – without having to see the finished gift beforehand.
Can I update the collage with new photos next year?
Yes. Your collage stays saved as long as you return to our site within a year – no account needed. You can replace the photos or use the project switcher to create a new collage for next year. Using the order link on the order page, grandparents can also reorder the same image in their preferred size.
