Shipping Method: Standard
We aim to use our resources as efficiently and eco-friendly as possible, so it takes up to three business days to produce your picture. After that, the picture will be shipped via standard delivery the next day. The shipping time by the delivery service usually takes between one to five business days (for bulky goods, such as large canvas/acrylic/Dibond formats).
Shipping Method: Express
Like with standard shipping, we aim to optimize production capacities for express shipping
and minimize excessive waste and constant switching between different product types.
Therefore, we allow up to three business days for production. After production,
the picture is shipped express and should arrive the next day. The costs are passed
directly to you without any markup.
Note: Express shipping is unfortunately not available for certain products – you can see if it is available in the cart.
Shipping Method: Priority Express
With Priority Express, or express production, we pause ongoing production
for a product type and prioritize your picture for same-day production
(if the order is received before 8:00 AM). As this interrupts our workflow,
it incurs a significant additional effort for us. This effort is charged
with an express production surcharge. After production, your picture is express
shipped and should arrive the next day.

The memorial service is in a few days—will the collage arrive in time?
The delivery estimate above shows when your collage will arrive if you order today. With Prio Express shipping, it can reach you within two business days for an additional fee, if your order is placed before 8 a.m. You can see whether Prio Express is available for your product in your cart.
Need it even sooner? The high-resolution print file (over 50 megapixels) arrives as a download by email in about 5 minutes. Your funeral home or local print shop can use it to print the picture that same day. Find all the details under Pricing & Shipping.
Which material works best for a memorial service?
For a memorial portrait displayed beside a casket or urn, a framed poster, canvas, or lightweight rigid foam board works well and is easy to transport and set up. For display at home afterward, many people choose canvas or acrylic glass. The JPG download can also be used for a memorial card, obituary notice, or remembrance booklet.
Can I add a name, birth and death dates, and a message?
Yes. The templates already include text fields above and below the collage—simply replace the sample text with a name, dates of life, a quote, or a memorial message. Choose your own font, font size, and color. The grid layout with captions also has room beneath each photo for a year or a place.
How can we collect photos from the whole family?
Have a link to the collage emailed to you and forward it to siblings, children, and grandchildren. Everyone can then upload their own photos—from a computer or directly from a phone, including HEIC photos from an iPhone. One person arranges the pictures and places the order.
Are old scanned photos or phone pictures good enough?
Usually, yes. The editor lets you know when a photo is too small for its tile as you add it— in that case, it may work in a smaller tile. For old prints, scan them at 300 dpi or photograph them in daylight. A sepia or black-and-white effect gives photos from different decades a consistent look. Can siblings or children order their own copies?
Yes. At the top of the order page, there is a small link button. Use it to get an order link you can share with your family. Anyone who opens the link will see the collage among their created images and can order it themselves—in the size and material that suits their home.
