Shipping Method: Standard
We aim to use our resources as efficiently and eco-friendly as possible, so it takes up to three business days to produce your picture. After that, the picture will be shipped via standard delivery the next day. The shipping time by the delivery service usually takes between one to five business days (for bulky goods, such as large canvas/acrylic/Dibond formats).
Shipping Method: Express
Like with standard shipping, we aim to optimize production capacities for express shipping
and minimize excessive waste and constant switching between different product types.
Therefore, we allow up to three business days for production. After production,
the picture is shipped express and should arrive the next day. The costs are passed
directly to you without any markup.
Note: Express shipping is unfortunately not available for certain products – you can see if it is available in the cart.
Shipping Method: Priority Express
With Priority Express, or express production, we pause ongoing production
for a product type and prioritize your picture for same-day production
(if the order is received before 8:00 AM). As this interrupts our workflow,
it incurs a significant additional effort for us. This effort is charged
with an express production surcharge. After production, your picture is express
shipped and should arrive the next day.

Frequently asked questions about photo collages for Mom and Dad
How can I collect photos from my siblings?
Have a link to your collage sent to you by email and forward it to your siblings or your other parent. That way, everyone can upload their own photos—from a computer or directly from a phone, including HEIC photos from an iPhone. At the end, one person arranges the pictures and places the order.
How many photos fit in the letters MOM, DAD, or MAMA?
It's up to you: one photo per letter or several. Landscape photos work well grouped within each letter, while portrait photos also work well on their own. With the text and numbers template, you can also use MAMA, PAPA, or a nickname, plus a greeting above and below the letters.
How many photos do I need for the heart shape?
The heart templates use up to 38 photos so every picture has room to shine. You can always use fewer: for the template with a large center photo, one main image and a few little moments are enough. For a row layout, even four photos will do.
Can I add my own text to the collage?
Yes, most templates let you add text above and below the collage—“Thank you Mom,” “We love you Dad,” or a phrase that only your family understands. Choose your own font, font size, and color. With the definition poster, you can write the entire definition and synonyms yourself.
