Shipping Method: Standard
We aim to use our resources as efficiently and eco-friendly as possible, so it takes up to three business days to produce your picture. After that, the picture will be shipped via standard delivery the next day. The shipping time by the delivery service usually takes between one to five business days (for bulky goods, such as large canvas/acrylic/Dibond formats).
Shipping Method: Express
Like with standard shipping, we aim to optimize production capacities for express shipping
and minimize excessive waste and constant switching between different product types.
Therefore, we allow up to three business days for production. After production,
the picture is shipped express and should arrive the next day. The costs are passed
directly to you without any markup.
Note: Express shipping is unfortunately not available for certain products – you can see if it is available in the cart.
Shipping Method: Priority Express
With Priority Express, or express production, we pause ongoing production
for a product type and prioritize your picture for same-day production
(if the order is received before 8:00 AM). As this interrupts our workflow,
it incurs a significant additional effort for us. This effort is charged
with an express production surcharge. After production, your picture is express
shipped and should arrive the next day.

Photo Collages for Grandma and Grandpa: Frequently Asked Questions
How can I collect photos of the grandkids from the whole family?
Have a link to the collage emailed to you and forward it to siblings, cousins, or parents. That way, everyone can upload their own photos – from a computer or directly from a phone, including HEIC photos from an iPhone. Once all the photos are in, one person arranges them and places the order.
How many photos fit in the letters GRANDMA or GRANDPA?
It’s up to you: one photo per letter or several. Our tip: if you have lots of landscape photos, use several per letter. Portrait photos also work well on their own. With the text and numbers template, you can also use GREAT-GRANDMA, GREAT-GRANDPA, or a nickname.
How many photos do I need for a heart or number?
The heart templates use up to 38 photos, so each picture gets its moment to shine. With the number with many photos layout, over 90 photos fill any number from 0 to 9999. If you have fewer pictures, choose the large center photo layout or a grid with four to six photos and a personal message.
Can Grandma and Grandpa reorder the picture in a different size later?
Yes. At the top of the order page, you’ll find a small link button. Use it to get an order link you can share – for example, with an aunt who wants the same picture for her living room. Anyone who opens the link will see the collage among their created images and can order it in their preferred size and material.
The birthday is next week – will the collage arrive in time?
The delivery estimate above shows when your collage will arrive if you order today. For an additional fee, Prio Express shipping can get it to you within two business days if your order is placed before 8 a.m. You can check whether Prio Express is available for your product in the shopping cart.
