Shipping Method: Standard
We aim to use our resources as efficiently and eco-friendly as possible, so it takes up to three business days to produce your picture. After that, the picture will be shipped via standard delivery the next day. The shipping time by the delivery service usually takes between one to five business days (for bulky goods, such as large canvas/acrylic/Dibond formats).
Shipping Method: Express
Like with standard shipping, we aim to optimize production capacities for express shipping
and minimize excessive waste and constant switching between different product types.
Therefore, we allow up to three business days for production. After production,
the picture is shipped express and should arrive the next day. The costs are passed
directly to you without any markup.
Note: Express shipping is unfortunately not available for certain products – you can see if it is available in the cart.
Shipping Method: Priority Express
With Priority Express, or express production, we pause ongoing production
for a product type and prioritize your picture for same-day production
(if the order is received before 8:00 AM). As this interrupts our workflow,
it incurs a significant additional effort for us. This effort is charged
with an express production surcharge. After production, your picture is express
shipped and should arrive the next day.

Frequently asked questions about preschool and school collages
How do I collect photos of all the kids?
Have a link to the collage emailed to you and forward it to parents, preschool teachers, or school staff. This lets several people add photos to the same collage at the same time – from a computer or directly from a phone, including HEIC photos from an iPhone.
What happens to the photos of the kids?
You don't need an account to create a collage. On the Delete data page, you can permanently remove all uploaded images and their associated data from our system yourself. If you don't visit our website for a year, your images and data will be deleted automatically.
Print files for images you have ordered and order data are excluded: we keep them longer for quality assurance, reorders, and to comply with legal retention requirements.
How do I add names below the photos?
Choose a grid style with captions, such as Polaroid or Retro: below each picture, there is room for custom text – a name, a favorite subject, or a dream job.
Tip: name the photo files after the children and fill the collage using »Fill → Sort by name« – the photos will then appear in alphabetical order.
How many photos of the kids fit in one collage?
A preschool group or school class fits easily: a grid can hold more than 200 photos, rows can hold over 100, and the number collage uses dozens of portraits to form the year. For letters, you can choose how many photos to use per letter.
To keep names and messages easy to read, collages with captions work best with fewer pictures or larger print sizes.
Can all the parents order the collage?
Yes. At the top of the order page, you'll find a small link button. Use it to get an order link that you can share in your parent group chat, for example. Anyone who opens the link will see the collage among their created images and can order it themselves – in the size and material they prefer.
The farewell party is coming up – will the collage arrive in time?
The delivery estimate above shows when your collage will arrive if you order today. For an additional fee, Priority Express shipping can get it to you within two business days if your order is placed before 8 a.m. You can check whether Priority Express is available for your product in your cart.
