Shipping Method: Standard
We aim to use our resources as efficiently and eco-friendly as possible, so it takes up to three business days to produce your picture. After that, the picture will be shipped via standard delivery the next day. The shipping time by the delivery service usually takes between one to five business days (for bulky goods, such as large canvas/acrylic/Dibond formats).
Shipping Method: Express
Like with standard shipping, we aim to optimize production capacities for express shipping
and minimize excessive waste and constant switching between different product types.
Therefore, we allow up to three business days for production. After production,
the picture is shipped express and should arrive the next day. The costs are passed
directly to you without any markup.
Note: Express shipping is unfortunately not available for certain products – you can see if it is available in the cart.
Shipping Method: Priority Express
With Priority Express, or express production, we pause ongoing production
for a product type and prioritize your picture for same-day production
(if the order is received before 8:00 AM). As this interrupts our workflow,
it incurs a significant additional effort for us. This effort is charged
with an express production surcharge. After production, your picture is express
shipped and should arrive the next day.

Birthday Photo Collage FAQ
What numbers can I turn into a collage?
Any number from 0 to 9999 – an age for a milestone birthday, a birth year, or two years stacked one above the other. With the number with many photos template, dozens of photos fill each digit. The text and numbers template works with fewer photos and lets you add letters to spell out a name.
How many photos do I need?
It depends on the template: The heart templates use up to 38 photos, the grid holds up to 225 photos, and with the number with many photos template, you choose how many photos to use per digit. If you have fewer pictures, try text and numbers, the large center photo layout, or the milestone template.
Can I add my own birthday message to the collage?
Most templates have room for text above and below the collage – “Happy Birthday,” “Happy 50th,” or a personal message. You choose the font, font size, and color. The Polaroid- or retro-style grid also has room below each photo for a line of text, such as a date or a name.
The birthday is next week – will the collage arrive in time?
The delivery estimate above shows when your collage will arrive if you order today. With Priority Express shipping, it can arrive within two business days for an additional fee, if your order is placed before 8 a.m. You can see whether Priority Express is available for your product in the shopping cart.
