Shipping Method: Standard
We aim to use our resources as efficiently and eco-friendly as possible, so it takes up to three business days to produce your picture. After that, the picture will be shipped via standard delivery the next day. The shipping time by the delivery service usually takes between one to five business days (for bulky goods, such as large canvas/acrylic/Dibond formats).
Shipping Method: Express
Like with standard shipping, we aim to optimize production capacities for express shipping
and minimize excessive waste and constant switching between different product types.
Therefore, we allow up to three business days for production. After production,
the picture is shipped express and should arrive the next day. The costs are passed
directly to you without any markup.
Note: Express shipping is unfortunately not available for certain products – you can see if it is available in the cart.
Shipping Method: Priority Express
With Priority Express, or express production, we pause ongoing production
for a product type and prioritize your picture for same-day production
(if the order is received before 8:00 AM). As this interrupts our workflow,
it incurs a significant additional effort for us. This effort is charged
with an express production surcharge. After production, your picture is express
shipped and should arrive the next day.

Common questions about anniversary and farewell collages
How do we collect photos from all our coworkers?
Have a link to the collage emailed to you and share it with your team. That way, everyone can upload their own photos – from a computer or directly from their phone, including HEIC photos from an iPhone. At the end, one person arranges the photos and places the order.
How do we add personal messages from coworkers under the photos?
Choose a grid style with captions, such as Polaroid or Retro: there is room beneath each photo for a line of text – a message, a name, or a date.
To keep the messages easy to read, this design works best for collages with fewer photos or for larger print sizes. If you need more space, leave the poster’s border blank and collect handwritten signatures.
How many coworkers can fit in one collage?
A department fits easily, and so does an entire company: the grid supports more than 200 photos. With the number collage for many photos, dozens of portraits form the anniversary number, with room for up to four digits – so you can use a full year, too.
Can everyone on the team order their own copy of the collage?
Yes. At the top of the order page, you’ll find a small link button. Use it to get an order link you can share with your team. Anyone who opens the link will see the collage among their created images and can order it themselves – as a poster for their own office or as a JPG download.
The farewell party is the day after tomorrow – will the collage arrive in time?
The delivery estimate above shows when your collage will arrive if you order today. With Priority Express shipping, it can arrive within two business days for an extra fee, provided the order is placed before 8 a.m. You can check whether Priority Express is available for your product in your cart.
